ActiveState Joins Partner Ecosystem on the Citrix CloudPortal Business Manager 2.1

VANCOUVER, BC -- (Marketwired) -- 09/26/13 -- ActiveState®, whose software enables developers and enterprises to innovate from code to cloud, today announced the launch of the Stackato® Connector for Citrix CloudPortal Business Manager 2.1. With the Stackato Connector for CloudPortal Business Manager, IT can now more efficiently access their Stackato private PaaS through a self-service catalog.

As one of the cloud service catalog offerings available for the Citrix CloudPortal Business Manager, the Stackato Connector is part of the Citrix-Ready Partner ecosystem designed to unify and simplify the commerce, user management, service provisioning and operational aspects of a cloud.

The Stackato Connector for Citrix CloudPortal Business Manager provides users with an efficient way to gain access to Stackato and manage all of their IT services by enabling a single, unified commerce, user management and provisioning experience. Through the connector users gain full access to the Stackato web console and can specify their resource requirements such as memory allocation.
